Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Supply Chain | Fulfillment + Reverse, Ways of Working is responsible for end to end ownership of critical operational mechanisms, business rhythms, and cross functional workstreams that support Fulfillment and Reverse Operations. This role ensures executional excellence, data integrity, and leadership ready deliverables that enable decision making and business outcomes.This leader operates as a strategic executor and operational owner, translating priorities into structured plans, driving accountability across stakeholders, and ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and at scale.

What you'll do...
- Own and manage enterprise‑level mechanisms and forums (e.g., WBRs, AOP artifacts, intake processes, dashboards, BRDs), ensuring deliverables are complete, accurate, and leadership‑ready
- Provide end‑to‑end workstream ownership, including planning, coordination, validation, and final delivery across multiple initiatives
- Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Product, Data, Engineering, and Business Support teams to drive alignment and execution
- Translate strategy and leadership direction into clear plans, timelines, and artifacts that enable progress tracking and decisions
- Ensure data accuracy, linkage integrity, and content quality across reporting and documentation
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps; communicate early and clearly with leadership and stakeholders
- Drive consistent operating rigor, ensuring commitments are met and mechanisms run predictably
- Support continuous improvement of ways of working, governance, and operational efficiency across the organization
- Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability for outcomes not just coordination
- Operates with proactive planning and disciplined execution, avoiding last‑minute delivery cycles
- Communicates professionally and transparently, including timely escalation of risks or support needs
- Maintains consistent reliability across deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder commitments
- Balances collaboration with clear ownership to ensure work is fully completed end‑to‑end
- Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in an operations, program management, or business enablement environment
- Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, leadership‑ready materials
- Demonstrated experience owning business mechanisms, reporting, dashboards, or governance processes at scale
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting senior leadership forums
- Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience leveraging and adopting AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency, insight generation, automation, or ways of working
- Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining attention to detail and execution quality

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
