Take the lead as our Director of Business Development, where you'll drive strategic growth, forge impactful partnerships, and shape the future of our specialty pharmacy business. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities, building key relationships, and developing innovative strategies to expand our market presence.About the team:
The Business Development team aims to create new growth opportunities by partnering with strategic companies to expand access to pharmaceutical products, develop new services, and reach more customers. The team is structured to leverage future growth in the specialty pharmacy industry and plays a significant role in the overall development and growth of the Health and Wellness business.
What you'll do...
- Drive Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Forge Key Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to achieve business objectives.
- Develop Innovative Strategies: Create and implement strategies to enhance market access and achieve long-term growth goals.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development plans.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets in a similar role.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with company goals and market opportunities.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
