Position Summary...

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead trailer engineering initiatives and light-duty fleet integration programs supporting linehaul and last-mile operations. This role will own engineering pilots, supplier coordination, weight reduction initiatives, Trailer Refrigerator Unit (TRU) strategy, and body/chassis integration programs across multiple OEM partners.

What you'll do...

  • Understand the core business of Fleet Services and apply it to the trailer sector.
  • Work with Leadership on moving toward the "zero emissions" goal
  • Support pilot studies with various manufacturers
  • Support the evaluation and acquisition of new trailer assets
    • Large Fleet - Dry and Refrigerated assets
    • Small Fleet - Home Delivery assets
  • Special projects involving trailers

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
