Role summary:
The (USA) Digital Asset Technician, Skilled Facilities Maintenance, is responsible for executing preventive maintenance and repair activities to ensure the optimal performance and safety of equipment and systems. This role involves diagnosing issues using technical resources, performing repairs across multiple disciplines, managing maintenance documentation, and coordinating with teams to support operational efficiency. The Skilled Facilities Maintenance team ensures the reliability and safety of equipment through routine preventive maintenance and timely repairs. This team applies expertise in electrical diagnostics, equipment repair, and maintenance scheduling to support operational excellence. Members collaborate closely with management and business partners to address maintenance needs, improve processes, and uphold compliance with safety and quality standards. What you'll do:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance following established schedules to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
• Inspect, clean, and repair equipment or systems, documenting wear and recommending necessary repairs or replacements.
• Diagnose equipment issues using blueprints, manuals, and diagnostic tools, performing major and minor repairs as needed.
• Manage work orders, maintenance logs, and parts inventory while adhering to OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to implement process improvements and meet operational goals.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and document all repair activities accurately.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in performing preventive maintenance and equipment repair to ensure operational safety and reliability.
• Strong skills in electrical diagnostics and repairs, including the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs for accurate troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to maintain compliance and safety standards.
• Experience managing work orders, maintenance schedules, and documentation with attention to detail.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to support team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...
