- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic plans and business initiatives.
- Lead efforts to identify and communicate goals, measure progress, and address improvement opportunities.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to enhance team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous learning and adaptability.
- Utilize business acumen to analyze market trends, interpret data, and recommend solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Drive sales activities by articulating product features and value propositions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build joint business plans and support revenue growth.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
