Role summary:
The Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights, plays a critical role in delivering accurate data-driven analysis to support strategic business decisions. This position involves evaluating financial data, key performance indicators, and trends while collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure consistent and insightful reporting. The role requires expertise in analytical tools, business intelligence, and process improvement to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations. The analyst supports compliance, drives continuous improvement, and contributes to the development and execution of business solutions aligned with organizational goals and standards.
About the team:
The Electrical and Lighting Parts Team drives operational excellence by optimizing supplier performance, managing bid events, and overseeing catalog and warehouse inventory. The team collaborates across functions to deliver data-driven, solution-oriented insights that enhance efficiency and minimize downtime. Leadership provides clear guidance to senior analysts while promoting continuous process improvements and effective change management. Utilizing project management and stakeholder engagement, the team supports sustainable business outcomes and aligns efforts with long-term strategic goals, ensuring consistent delivery of value within the organization.
What you'll do:

• Analyze and validate data accuracy by comparing internal information with external sources, budgets, and actual results.
• Develop and maintain financial models, plans, and tools to support business strategies and special projects.
• Provide data-driven insights and reports to support decision-making and monitor key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with business partners to align analytical approaches and ensure consistent strategy execution.
• Manage timelines, workflows, and documentation to ensure process efficiency and compliance.
• Offer expert guidance on best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support stakeholder relationships by delivering actionable recommendations and resolving analytical inquiries.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in data modeling and business intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
• Strong skills in documenting business requirements and communicating complex insights clearly.
• Experience analyzing financial data, key performance indicators, and trends to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to develop and maintain financial models, plans, and tools for recurring and special projects.
• Commitment to continuous improvement processes and meeting established timelines.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate expectations regarding lead time, inventory and parts availability.
• Timely responses to the field regarding supplier lead times and delivery.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
