Join Walmart Health & Wellness as a Senior Manager, Innovations & Operations – Medical Affairs, where you’ll play a critical role in advancing how we deliver healthcare solutions at scale. This role sits at the center of Medical Affairs, partnering across the enterprise to design, operationalize, and execute high-impact programs. You’ll serve as a project architect and execution leader, translating complex initiatives into actionable plans, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions across clinical, operational, and strategic priorities.About the Team

We are structured around three core pillars: Clinical Consulting & Health Programs, Population & Public Health, and Eco-System Presence. This role will have visibility and impact across all three pillars, making it a unique opportunity to operate at scale and influence meaningful outcomes.
What you'll do...
- Strategic Project Execution: Shepherd key initiatives from concept to completion across our core pillars, including the expansion of health & wellness programs, development of health education content, and advancement of public health projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the Medical Affairs team and key partners in legal, compliance, marketing, and other internal business units to ensure seamless project momentum.
- Operational Excellence: Implement and oversee governance processes for medical content review, claims validation, and standard responses for medical events, ensuring clinical credibility and transparency.
- Innovation and Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and creatively solve operational barriers, ensuring the timely execution of high-priority projects such as our infectious disease response protocols and wellness campaigns.
- Strategic Alignment: Drive organizational alignment by ensuring internal clinical expertise is fully leveraged and our resources are optimized to deliver value to customers, associates, and the business
- Proven experience in a strategic operations, program management, or chief of staff role, preferably within a medical affairs, public health, or clinical environment (RN, NP, MD, etc)
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build consensus and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A passion for improving health outcomes and making a tangible impact on community well-being
- Demonstrated ability to connect day-to-day operations with broader business and clinical objectives
- Experience working across multiple teams to drive alignment and execution
- Provide customers with access to validated health services.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Science, or related field and 4 years’ experience in program management, operations management, design innovation, financial analysis, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in program management, operations management, design innovation, financial analysis, or related area.2 years’ experience using Microsoft Office.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
