What you'll do...

Position Summary
As a Senior Analyst for Onboarding, you will help drive day to day operations and the end-to-end optimization of partner onboarding for Walmart Imports. This role brings together analytics, technology, and operations with an acute focus on building scalable processes, automating existing SOPs, and enhancing overall experience through data-driven insights. About the team: Walmart Imports is a logistics solution that enables Marketplace sellers to easily move inventory across international markets by leveraging Walmart’s end-to-end supply chain. It simplifies global trade by handling shipping, customs, and fulfillment—from overseas suppliers to Walmart fulfillment centers—while offering competitive freight rates, tracking, and operational support. The goal is to remove the complexity of cross-border commerce so sellers can scale faster and reach customers globally with minimal friction. As a senior analyst on the onboarding team you will help:
  • Improve onboarding speed, accuracy, and partner satisfaction
  • Enable scalable, automated processes that reduce operational overhead
  • Drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency and business performance
  • Support Walmart Imports growth through seamless partner integration
What you’ll do:
  • Lead analysis and execution of onboarding and operational workflows to improve partner experience, reduce friction, and accelerate time-to-launch
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable processes, tools, and standard operating procedures
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Analytics teams to align on priorities and drive execution
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs (e.g., onboarding timelines, issue resolution SLAs, operational efficiency) to track performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Identify process gaps, root causes, and failure points; develop scalable solutions to reduce manual effort and operational risk
  • Support the transition from manual to automated/self-service workflows to improve efficiency and scalability of onboarding processes
  • Define and monitor service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely issue resolution and consistent partner experience across channels
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analysis, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback
What you’ll bring:
  • 2 years of experience building SOPs and automation processes
  • 2 years of experience in international shipping/supply chain
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Excel, or BI tools to generate insights and support decision-making
  • Experience in technological tools, operations and business analysis, within a fast-paced environment
  • 2 years of experience of proven ability to work and communicate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience building dashboards, defining KPIs, and operationalizing processes at scale
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach
  • Previous experience with workflow automation tools and AI agents preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
