Position Summary...
Job Summary:Build next-generation agentic AI systems that enable proactive last-mile operations by shifting from monitoring to autonomous sense–decide–act decisioning. Create production-grade, scalable, explainable, and feedback-driven intelligence that detects anomalies, diagnoses root causes, and triggers actions in real time to optimize network health, cost, and customer experience through integrated data science and engineering
What you'll do...
What You Will Do- Design Agentic Systems: Build modular decision engines, orchestration layers, and closed-loop workflows
- Anomaly Detection: Engineer real-time + batch detection using statistical, ML, and hybrid approaches
- Action & Optimization Engines: Translate insights into prescriptive actions (reroute, incentives, capacity tuning) with KPI-aware optimization
- Forecasting & Simulation: Build time-series models and scenario simulations to predict impact of interventions
- Data & Feature Engineering: Create scalable feature pipelines from telemetry, events, and transactional data
- Experimentation & Learning Loops: Implement A/B testing, feedback loops, and continuous model improvement
- Production Engineering: Develop reliable, observable systems using Python, SQL, PySpark on distributed data platforms
- Architecture & Strategy: Define agentic architecture patterns, evaluate trade-offs, and guide roadmap with product and business leaders
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data processing (PySpark/Databricks)
- Experience building production-grade ML/data systems, not just experimentation
- Causal Inference: Ability to identify true drivers using causal frameworks (DAGs, IVs, counterfactual reasoning)
- Time Series & Forecasting: Experience with forecasting models and operational baselining
- Anomaly Detection: Strong understanding of statistical and ML-based detection techniques
- Experience designing or strong interest in autonomous decision systems / agent-based architectures
- Ability to decompose complex business problems into scalable, modular systems
- Focus on closed-loop systems (signal → decision → action → feedback → learning)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to translate ambiguous goals into technical solutions
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile operations is a plus
What Sets You Apart
- You think in systems, not just models
- You build for real-time decisioning, not dashboards
- You optimize for business outcomes, not just model accuracy
- You are comfortable operating across strategy, architecture, and execution
