The Claims Management team is dedicated to thorough investigation and resolution of complex claims involving bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. The team collaborates with legal counsel, medical experts, and other specialists to assess case details, manage reserves, and negotiate settlements. Emphasizing accuracy and compliance, the team supports continuous improvement and professional development. Members work collectively to deliver effective case management, ensuring decisions align with legal standards and company policies. This team fosters a respectful and accountable environment focused on achieving results while maintaining integrity and supporting the company’s mission.

What you'll do:
  • Manage complex claims by reviewing medical reports, legal precedents, and case details to determine appropriate resolutions.
  • Conduct thorough investigations including interviews, evidence collection, and coordination with specialists to assess claim validity.
  • Oversee monetary aspects of claims by establishing reserves, monitoring payments, and facilitating approvals or denials within authority limits.
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and third parties by presenting findings and applying relevant legislation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support business needs, communicate goals, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide guidance and development opportunities to associates, fostering accountability and continuous learning.


What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in managing complex claims involving bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage with thorough investigation and resolution skills.
  • Strong ability to interpret medical reports, legal statutes, and case law to assess claim validity and structure settlements.
  • Expertise in coordinating with outside legal counsel, investigators, and specialists to support claim investigations and minimize legal exposure.
  • Proficiency in managing monetary aspects of claims, including reserve establishment, payment authorization, and negotiation with claimants and third parties.
  • Demonstrated leadership in supervising and developing associates while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
