What you'll do...

About the team Our team is focused on accuracy and completeness of master data inputs into Transportations load building platform to improve key performance metrics tied to cost, service, and operational efficiency. We partner across functions to identify the right data sources, assess and improve data quality, and translate business needs into insights leaders can act on. We work cross functionally to build and govern a master data framework to enable best in class optimization performance. We operate with a strong commitment to ethical standards, data integrity, and clear communication—delivering measurable business value through rigorous analysis. What you’ll do

• Identify and assess data sources aligned to business requirements and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Perform initial data quality checks and lead ongoing data quality improvement initiatives
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using appropriate analytical methods and tools
• Build and deliver clear, insightful dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align data strategy with organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies; promote data accessibility and security standards

What you’ll bring

• AI adopter mindset: experience using AI-assisted tools to speed up analysis, documentation, and insight storytelling (while maintaining data privacy and governance)
• Critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills; ability to make sound recommendations with incomplete information
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions
• Project management and organizational change management experience supporting cross-functional initiatives
• Proven expertise in data analysis, including exploratory analysis and statistical techniques to identify patterns and trends
• Strong proficiency in SQL; familiarity with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL systems
• Experience with data quality management (profiling, cleansing, monitoring) to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Understanding of data governance principles, data strategy, and enterprise data architecture
• Strong data visualization skills and experience communicating insights to stakeholders

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience defining or operationalizing data quality standards and metrics
• Experience partnering with product, operations, or finance teams on KPI design and measurement

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
