Role summary:The Staff, Product Manager leads product strategy and roadmap development by leveraging data-driven insights and emerging technologies to deliver customer value and optimize product lifecycles. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align priorities, manage product backlogs, and drive iterative improvements. The position requires expertise in product vision, market analysis, and technology integration to support scalable solutions. The successful candidate will influence decision-making through clear communication and foster continuous process enhancements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
About the team:
The Data Capabilities team within Data Ventures manages global sourcing of key supplier dimensions such as Item, Store, and Calendar from Systems of Origin. The team oversees Access Management for Scintilla, focusing on Channel Performance and Headless products. They maintain internal dashboards supporting Insights and Analytics and drive agentic enhancements. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team delivers impactful solutions by leveraging product strategy, roadmaps, and data-driven decision-making. Their work supports business objectives and innovation through effective relationship building and continuous process improvement.
What you'll do:
- Analyze product and feature data to identify trends and inform decision-making with minimal guidance.
- Research and validate customer needs, creating journey maps and optimizing processes to enhance satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, managing backlog priorities and communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Own product vision and strategy by framing problems, guiding prototypes, and aligning teams on goals and user adoption.
- Influence stakeholders through effective communication, preparing concise reports and addressing ambiguity.
- Collaborate with engineering to assess technology feasibility, risks, and prioritize features.
- Identify innovation opportunities and recommend process improvements across product domains.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management.
- Strong skills in data-driven decision making and product feature analytics.
- Experience with stakeholder management and building consensus across cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and modern product development methodologies, including Agile and MVP approaches.
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and optimize processes for enhanced satisfaction.
- Effective communication and influencing skills to navigate organizational constraints and align priorities.
- Familiarity with domain-specific best practices and competitive technology landscapes.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
