What you'll do:
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies by analyzing data and identifying trends aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies through monitoring, reporting, and executing action plans.
- Handle escalated customer service issues by providing technical support, benefits education, and resolving complex inquiries.
- Coordinate equipment, software, and network requests, ensuring timely fulfillment and system maintenance.
- Administer security access protocols, maintain confidentiality, and monitor remote access environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and recommend process improvements.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in managing regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
- Strong skills in benefits administration, including resolving complex benefits inquiries and providing education.
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
