The Talent Acquisition team plays a vital role in supporting Walmart’s corporate recruiting efforts, specifically supporting portfolios including Asset Protection (AP), Centroid and Data Science roles, Realty, and Energy by partnering with hiring managers to deliver strategic talent solutions. This team drives the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging data insights and innovative sourcing strategies to attract top candidates. Our team collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and align talent strategies accordingly. The team embraces continuous improvement, utilizing agile methodologies and technology tools to enhance processes and candidate experiences. What you'll do...
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and create effective hiring plans.
- Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to find and engage qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies by researching talent channels and market trends.
- Analyze historical data and talent insights to identify recruitment opportunities and improve selection accuracy.
- Manage recruitment pipelines, ensuring timely candidate engagement and process adherence.
- Provide guidance on talent decisions, negotiate outcomes, and maintain compliance with company policies.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Experience in recruitment planning and stakeholder management to align hiring strategies with business needs.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop proactive sourcing strategies.
- Effective decision-making and communication skills to guide hiring processes and candidate interactions.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions (20 plus) and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area OR 2 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
