Ready to improve end-to-end product flow from supplier to store? As Director, Business Support, you’ll lead supply chain performance across the network—partnering with suppliers, carriers, field teams, and cross-functional leaders to deliver on our customer promise. You’ll empower divisional planners, Workforce Management, and senior managers to hit goals and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll do...

• Drive flow and efficiency: Resolve escalations, analyze multi-source data, and improve network performance.
• Manage supplier/carrier performance: Set expectations, conduct audits, run quarterly scorecards, and advise on provider selection.
• Balance key outcomes: Optimize sales, inventory, in-stock, and profit by surfacing exceptions and coordinating solutions.
• Strengthen field execution: Set standards, close service gaps, and lead cost reduction/lean practices.
• Lead teams: Prioritize work, remove barriers, and build an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Deliver divisional initiatives: Execute business plans while upholding values, ethics, compliance, and Open Door culture.

• Recommendation on process improvements and corrective actions.
• Allocation of resources and direct teams to execute.
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation and seasonal needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
