About the team:
The Sports Shooting team oversees assortment, vendor partnerships, and strategy to provide safe, compliant, and value-driven products. This team drives category growth while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and responsible merchandising standards. It collaborates across merchandising, supply chain, and sourcing to optimize inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment. The team focuses on maintaining inventory health, managing product flow, and addressing supply challenges to meet customer needs efficiently. Through data analysis and strategic execution, the team supports business goals while upholding Walmart’s commitment to integrity and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
- Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration.
- Align launch forecasts and manage inventory flows to meet modular and promotional timing requirements.
- Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and inventory health issues.
- Oversee inventory product flow, ensuring alignment with business goals and key performance indicators.
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize network inventory positioning at the lowest cost.
- Provide strategic leadership by setting performance standards, mentoring team members, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Monitor and improve On-Time-In-Full delivery metrics through supplier engagement and process enhancements.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
