About the Team…
The Global Security, Aviation and Investigations (GSAI) project management team oversees a diverse portfolio of system and process management projects that support the areas of Aviation, Security, Global, and Legal Investigations. This team is responsible for coordinating efforts across these specialized domains, ensuring that each project is executed efficiently and aligns with organizational objectives. By managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications, the GSAI project management team plays a crucial role in delivering solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and compliance within these critical functions.

About the Position…
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Global Aviation projects. In this role, the project manager will collaborate closely with internal business stakeholders, global technology teams, and dedicated external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

What you'll do...

• Coordinate project activities
• Manage resources and timelines
• Develop and maintain PowerBi reporting, collaborating with internal data analytics teams and business partners.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to support the ongoing development and optimization of reporting and aviation technologies.

• Strong working knowledge of system development, enhancement, and end-user functions and processes
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly as leadership provides new strategies and system functionality changes
• Effective communication with both business and global technology partners
• Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project timelines, risks, and potential roadblocks
• Drive successful project outcomes and foster strong collaboration across teams.
• Strong working knowledge of Aviation operations (commercial or private).

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
