Position Summary...
Lead a high-impact sourcing function that connects top talent to opportunity through a structured, time-boxed sprint model. This role drives proactive talent engagement, accelerates hiring outcomes, and partners closely with recruitment marketing and TA to build strong, scalable pipelines.About the Team:
You’ll lead a Sprint Sourcing team focused on delivering targeted talent through high-intent engagement strategies. As part of Talent Attraction, this team works alongside Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand to create a connected system that inspires millions to want to work at Walmart.
What you'll do...
- Lead a team of sourcing professionals, driving alignment, clarity in ways of working, and continued growth in execution across Sprint Sourcing priorities
- Define and evolve a structured, Sprint Sourcing model, ensuring work is prioritized and aligned to the most critical business needs
- Partner with Recruitment Marketing and TA leaders to translate hiring demand into focused sourcing strategies and actionable plans
- Establish clear processes, roles, and expectations that enable the team to effectively engage, assess, and deliver high-quality talent pipelines
- Drive alignment with recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring clarity on priorities, timelines, and success metrics
- Use data and market insights to inform decisions, optimize team focus, and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and speed
- Establish and operationalize KPIs for the sourcing team, driving accountability for pipeline quality, speed to hire, and conversion outcomes
What You’ll Bring...
- Experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, including experience leading teams and complex hiring initiatives
- Expertise in proactive sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and identifying talent across competitive and niche markets
- Strong proficiency in sourcing tools, platforms, and search techniques (e.g., Boolean search), with the ability to guide teams in effectively identifying and engaging passive talent
- Ability to translate business needs into focused, actionable sourcing strategies aligned to hiring priorities
- Confidence partnering cross-functionally with recruiters, recruitment marketing, and TA stakeholders
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and elevate team performance in a dynamic environment

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
