What you'll do...
- Lead with impact: Oversee end-to-end operations for multiple research studies, ensuring execution on time and with excellence.
- Drive innovation: Build and execute the strategy for decentralized trial solutions using Walmart’s unique data and infrastructure.
- Plan and deliver: Develop study plans, track performance, and communicate progress and solutions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate & influence: Partner across teams, clients, and investigators to deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Build & mentor: Develop, coach, and grow high-performing teams while fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
What you’ll bring
- Operational expertise: 5+ years’ experience in clinical development operations.
- Industry background: Strong experience in clinical trials, including decentralized and digital healthcare operations.
- Leadership ability: Proven success in managing projects, resources, and cross-functional teams.
- Passion for patients: A commitment to giving underrepresented communities access to clinical research.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in health sciences, client-facing experience, and time spent in a matrixed environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in health science or related area.5 years’ operational experience in clinical development.
Prior work experience with decentralized trials and/or digital healthcare operations and implementation.
Prior work experience in a clinical research environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior work experience healthcare, clinical trials, regulatory standards, and industry standards.
Prior work experience utilizing Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Prior work experience in a high-growth environment to build a nascent operational infrastructure.
