Position Summary...
As the Sr. Manager of Retail Brand Experiences, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of localized marketing campaigns across both in-store and digital channels. This role is responsible for driving customer engagement and revenue growth through high-impact local activations, including store openings and competitive response initiatives.You will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Realty, and Merchant teams to identify key business priorities and translate them into actionable marketing strategies. You will oversee campaign execution across all channels—digital, traditional, and experiential—ensuring a cohesive and compelling customer experience.

This role reports to the Director of Retail Brand Experiences and is based in Bentonville, AR (non-remote).
What you'll do...
- Lead Local Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated local marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across new and existing markets.
- Own Store Openings & Key Events: Plan and execute grand openings and major activations, including budgeting, vendor management, and on-site delivery to ensure high-impact launches.
- Drive Community Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders to strengthen brand presence and relevance.
- Execute Targeted Campaigns: Oversee localized advertising, promotions, and partnerships to attract and retain customers.
- Leverage Market Insights: Conduct and apply market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights that inform strategy.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all initiatives.
- Measure & Optimize Performance: Track campaign effectiveness, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights to continuously improve performance.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A creative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (CRM, social, analytics).
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and work flexible hours as needed to support store initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in marketing or related field
OR - 7+ years of experience in marketing or a related field

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
