What You’ll Do:
- Oversee labor generation allocation and design for store departments
- Analyze business objectives and develop workforce planning strategies
- Find creative solutions to customer and operational issues
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to address workforce needs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong background in labor management, task management, scheduling, and budgeting
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques
- Experience in retail or supply chain environments
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with initiative and responsibility

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related field. Option 2: 5 years’ experience insoftware engineering or related field. Option 3: Master's degree in Computer Science and 1 year’s experience in software engineering or related
field.
2 years' experience in data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics.
