Position Summary...
As Director, Campaigns Walmart U.S., you’ll help deliver high-impact campaigns and content that support Walmart U.S. business priorities and build positive brand perception. You’ll help drive the strategy and lead execution across key narratives—coordinating across stakeholders and managing the details that turn vision into reality. You will also help develop and sustain a drumbeat of always-on storytelling across owned and earned channels that keeps Walmart top of mind with key audiences.About Global Communications
Global Communications helps bring Walmart’s business priorities to life through integrated consumer campaigns and always-on storytelling. The team partners across Communications, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and agency teams to ensure work is aligned, on brand, and delivered with strong operational rigor. In this role, you’ll connect strategy to execution—coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring campaigns and content land with impact across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels.
What you'll do...
- Execute bold, creative integrated consumer campaigns that reflect Walmart’s values, offerings, and voice and enhance public perception of Walmart
- Lead day-to-day coordination of campaign elements—timelines, creative deliverables, reviews, and approvals—with internal teams and agency partners to move work from plan to performance
- Track milestones, flag risks, and manage workflows to ensure on-time delivery
- Serve as key liaison for external agency partners, providing input, feedback, and direction to align creative outputs with business and brand objectives
- Monitor performance, manage budgets and scopes, and ensure accountability across campaign deliverables
- Partner across Communications, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and other teams to support campaign integration and amplification
- Ensure executional alignment across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels
- Help shape and maintain always-on storytelling that keeps Walmart top of mind and showcases Walmart’s leadership, impact, and innovation
- Coordinate proactive story development and content execution across owned and earned channels (e.g., Walmart.com, social media, PR)
- Translate strategic insights and messaging into timely, relevant content that resonates with customers and media
- Leverage data and audience insights to evaluate campaign impact, recommend improvements, and apply learnings to future work
- Use GenAI and other digital tools to streamline content development, project management, and performance tracking
- Experience leading integrated consumer campaign execution with strong project management and operational rigor
- Ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional workstreams and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
- Strong agency management skills, including providing clear creative direction and managing scopes/budgets
- Strong storytelling and content instincts, with experience supporting owned and earned channel execution
- Data-informed mindset—able to use insights to evaluate impact and optimize future campaign work
- Comfort using GenAI and digital tools to improve speed, quality, and workflow efficiency
- Demonstrated collaborative spirit and executional excellence

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience in public relations, communications, or relevant area OR 7 years’ experience in public relations, communications, or relevant area.2 years’ supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
