About the team:
The Assortment Activation team partners closely with merchant stakeholders to ensure optimal in-store space and item placement that align with customer needs and shopping behaviors. This team drives effective assortment execution by coordinating resources, managing timelines, and continuously evaluating modular performance to maximize space utilization and item productivity. They provide strategic guidance, oversee execution standards, and foster operational excellence through ongoing process improvements. Collaboration across functions is key to delivering clear, accurate, and customer-focused assortments that support business priorities and enhance the overall shopping experience.
What you'll do:
  • Plan and balance workload assignments to optimize resource allocation and meet project milestones.

  • Provide expert guidance on modular execution standards and ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.

  • Translate leadership and analyst requirements into clear, actionable execution plans with ongoing communication.
  • Capture feedback and performance data to drive continuous process improvements and best practices.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering operational excellence and professional growth.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
