The Scintilla In-Store team plays a key role in driving operational excellence by managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables. This team collaborates across functions to analyze business needs, develop solutions, and implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency. Members provide expert guidance, monitor progress, and adapt to evolving priorities while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. What you'll do:

• Assist in designing and organizing project plans, timelines, and deliverables to support operational initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project activities while communicating status and resource availability.
• Develop and improve operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing subject matter expertise and business requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive projects, identify root causes, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Implement scalable operational best practices and develop tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support business needs and continuous improvement efforts.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
