About Operations Strategy, Support & Store FulfillmentOur team enables operational excellence across Walmart stores by ensuring fulfillment strategies are executable, scalable, and aligned to business priorities. We partner across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, and Operations to simplify execution for associates while delivering strong customer outcomes. In this role, you will represent Store Fulfillment in seasonal planning forums, ensuring operational readiness, influencing key decisions, and driving accountability across partners during the most critical times of the year.
Lead the seasonal strategy and performance execution for Store Fulfillment, serving as the primary stakeholder across omni seasonal initiatives. This role ensures seasonal plans are operationally executable in stores, proactively identifies performance risks, and drives measurable impact across GMV, pre-sub, and associate experience.
This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape seasonal readiness at scale, influence cross-functional teams, and own the Store Fulfillment narrative pre-, during-, and post-peak.
What you'll do...
- Serve as the primary Store Fulfillment stakeholder across all seasonal initiatives
- Own seasonal performance tracking (GMV, pre-sub, fulfillment KPIs) and connect results to business impact
- Lead structured holiday readouts: pre-season readiness, in-season performance, and post-season recap
- Proactively identify risks, anticipate leadership concerns, and get ahead of asks
- Influence cross-functional partners to resolve execution gaps and improve outcomes
- Drive improvements in pickability, packaging accuracy, transactability, and store readiness
- Build scalable seasonal governance frameworks with clear ownership and accountability
- Deliver reocurring seasonal recaps that translate insights into action
- Strong analytical and performance storytelling skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
