The Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics oversees the consistent application of compliance and ethical standards within their area of responsibility. The Specialty Compliance and Ethics team at Walmart leads the development and execution of compliance programs that uphold regulatory standards and ethical practices. Collaborating across Legal, InfoSec, Global Technology, and business units, the team designs and implements controls to manage risk and ensure policy adherence. This group plays a vital role in monitoring compliance, addressing concerns, and driving operational efficiency throughout the enterprise. Members contribute to policy development, compliance auditing, and stakeholder engagement, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability that supports Walmart’s commitment to responsible business practices worldwide.
What you'll do...
- Assess and optimize global policy enforcement controls through scalable monitoring solutions.
- Assess compliance and certify policy requirements from effective technical controls through Audit Board review tasks assigned to stakeholders. Certify compliance evidence and signoff to ensure compliance program quarterly deadlines are met.
- Manage compliance and ethics consistency by reviewing compliance evidence to ensure risks and managed and mitigated to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with senior managers to communicate compliance information and identify potential gaps, recommending strategic solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and promote a culture of integrity and respect.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in compliance management and regulatory compliance within complex organizational environments.
- Strong skills in policy development, internal controls, and compliance auditing to ensure adherence to laws and company standards.
- Ability to research, interpret, and communicate regulatory requirements and ethical standards effectively to various stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with leadership to refine strategies in addressing compliance gaps.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across organizational levels.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
