What you'll do...

Position Summary An Analyst is responsible for responding to inbound tickets related to independent contractor tax and earnings inquiries. This role ensures timely and accurate responses while escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal team. The position supports independent contractor disbursement processes, ensuring that independent contractors are paid accurately and on time. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound tickets related to contractor earnings, disbursements, and tax
• Escalate complex or in-depth inquiries to the appropriate internal team
• Document all interactions and updates within the ticketing system
• Monitor open tickets to ensure timely resolution
• Communicate professionally via email and internal systems
• Support the team in maintaining accurate contractor disbursement records

Required Qualifications

• Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email communication
• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow established processes and escalation procedures

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09050: The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00*
Sunnyvale, California US-11807: The hourly wage range for this position is $27.00 - $52.00*
Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The hourly wage range for this position is $25.00 - $48.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
