Role summary:The Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product flow and availability. The position emphasizes data-driven root cause analysis to resolve supply disruptions and improve inventory health. About the team:
The Merchandising Execution team ensures the right products are available at the right place and time, supporting customer needs across all shopping channels. Collaborating closely with Merchants, the team translates assortment strategies into actionable plans that enhance inventory productivity, in-stock performance, and financial outcomes. Operating at enterprise scale, the team drives critical inventory, service, and profitability decisions. Members apply expertise in inventory management, supply chain coordination, forecasting, and data analysis to optimize product flow and address challenges promptly, contributing directly to an efficient and responsive customer experience.
What you'll do:
- Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration.
- Align launch forecasts and manage inventory flows to meet modular and promotional timing.
- Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and inventory health issues.
- Manage inventory product flow, including open-to-buy reviews and allocation decisions using inventory systems.
- Partner cross-functionally to position inventory strategically at the right time and cost.
- Supervise and develop team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards.
- Monitor key metrics such as On-Time-In-Full delivery and address supply chain disruptions proactively.

- Proven expertise in inventory management, replenishment, and supply chain coordination.
- Strong skills in inventory planning, forecasting, and data analysis to optimize stock levels.
- Experience leading root cause analysis and executing corrective actions to resolve supply disruptions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in managing inventory flows, purchase orders, and promotional inventory planning.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
