Position Summary...

Join the Licenses & Permits Compliance team to support the licensing for the world’s largest retailer! This Analyst has renewal responsibilities on a large team with high-volume work product. This temporary role reports to a Licensing Compliance Director and interacts with business leaders, other compliance functions, third-party partners, and government offices.

What you'll do...

• Research a variety of projects and license types to identify required licenses and process to obtain
• Communicate with agencies, internal stakeholders, and business partners on license status
• Draft license applications, manage payments, and submit to agencies for processing according to standard operating procedures
• Maintain licensing database with up-to-date license requirements, timelines, and process to obtain license
• Upload licenses and other supporting documents to licensing database
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation, and utilize data to determine risk and priorities

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field OR 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
• Licensing, government, or compliance experience
• Experience with large volume operations, including strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills
• High level of attention to detail

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $45.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
