What you'll do:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
• Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues.
• Lead relationships with external partners, communicating expectations and overseeing compliance through audits and performance scorecards.
• Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to optimize sales, inventory, profitability, and strategy goals.
• Drive process improvements using lean concepts and cost reduction strategies to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and develop associates, fostering a team environment with clear performance expectations and coaching.
• Support business plans by removing obstacles, measuring progress, and adapting strategies to meet operational needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
