Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Health & Wellness Systems, Reporting, and Compliance Operations leads complex projects and operational initiatives that support Health & Wellness Compliance across multiple business lines and workstreams. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across four primary areas: (1) compliance operations management, (2) reporting oversight, (3) system and data request management, and (4) cross functional initiatives.This position partners closely with Health & Wellness compliance subject matter experts, technology and data teams, and key business stakeholders to drive execution, prioritize work, and implement process and system improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness across compliance operations. The Senior Manager oversees day to day operational performance, translates strategic direction into actionable and measurable plans, and delivers clear, concise leadership reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to support awareness and informed decision making.
This role reports to the Director, Health & Wellness Compliance, Program Strategy & Governance.
What you'll do...
- Compliance Operations Management – provide leadership and oversight for Health & Wellness compliance operations, including regulatory visits, compliance support tickets from pharmacy and vision/optical locations, and facility compliance assessments. Establish priorities, standardize workflows, define operating rhythms, monitor performance metrics, and escalate risks or issues as appropriate to ensure timely, consistent, and effective compliance execution.
- System and Data Request Management – lead the intake, prioritization, and coordination of system, technology, and data requests that support compliance activities across Health & Wellness business lines. Partner with technology, data, and compliance teams to assess risk, effort, and business impact, ensuring alignment with compliance priorities, resource capacity, and delivery timelines.
- Reporting Oversight – oversee the end‑to‑end management of Health & Wellness compliance reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal governance requirements. Provide quality review, resolve issues, and synthesize complex information into clear insights and leadership‑level reporting to support informed decision‑making.
- Cross‑Functional Strategy Support – lead and contribute to cross‑functional initiatives designed to improve coordination, scalability, and consistency across Health & Wellness compliance programs. Translate strategic objectives into executable plans, track progress against milestones, identify dependencies and risks, and drive continuous improvement opportunities across people, process, and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR
- 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
- 2 years’ supervisory experience
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with data and technology teams

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
