What you'll do:
- Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance and achieve objectives.
- Lead and develop associates through mentoring, training, performance management, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards while supporting open communication and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic internal and external partnerships to support business growth and mitigate risks.
- Influence sales strategy, manage key accounts, and oversee procurement to meet business requirements efficiently.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
