In this role, you will lead the team responsible for recruiting across the businesses that make up Walmart’s Enterprise Growth organization. You will partner closely with senior executive leaders across these dynamic business areas to understand their strategies, anticipate talent needs, and ensure we are building strong pipelines of top talent ready to scale with the business. This role requires a leader who understands how growth businesses operate, can move with speed and urgency, and brings the discipline required to deliver results at scale. You will hold yourself and your teams to a high standard of accountability while ensuring we deliver exceptional talent that accelerates innovation and expansion across Walmart. What You’ll Do- Lead transformation of talent acquisition ways of working, evolving operating models, processes, and team capabilities to deliver faster, more agile, and insight-driven hiring outcomes aligned with Walmart’s enterprise transformation.
- Lead the global talent acquisition strategy supporting Walmart’s Enterprise Growth organization and its portfolio of rapidly evolving businesses.
- Oversee the team responsible for strategic recruiting across high-growth business areas, ensuring hiring aligns with business priorities and expansion plans.
- Partner directly with senior leaders across the Enterprise Growth organization to anticipate workforce needs and develop forward-looking talent strategies.
- Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines to support rapid expansion and evolving business models.
- Ensure talent is ready to address business needs, delivering proactive hiring strategies rather than reactive recruiting.
- Drive a culture of discipline, accountability, and high performance across the recruiting organization.
- Bring a deep understanding of business strategy to ensure we consistently deliver high-quality, business-ready talent.
- Operate with a high sense of urgency, anticipating talent needs and identifying opportunities and risks before they impact the business.
- Strengthen partnerships with business leaders, HR partners, and recruiting teams globally to ensure alignment and execution.
- Significant experience leading talent acquisition for high-growth or transformational business environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand evolving strategies and translate them into forward-looking talent plans.
- Experience leading global recruiting teams and supporting organizations that are expanding rapidly across markets.
- Demonstrated success building strategic talent pipelines that enable speed and scale.
- A disciplined leadership style with a focus on accountability, execution, and delivering results.
- Ability to partner effectively with senior executives and business leaders in complex, fast-moving environments.
- High sense of urgency, strong judgment, and the ability to anticipate what’s next and see around corners.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area and 6 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, orrelated area.
Option 2: 8 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
4 years’ supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
