The Global Logistics Destination Operations team manages the complete supply chain, ensuring efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers. This team partners with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, enhance processes, and uphold company standards. By analyzing data, they improve network efficiency and support business objectives related to sales, inventory, and profitability. The team leads performance management, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and fosters accountability and integrity. Their efforts ensure seamless supply chain execution aligned with Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
- Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve supply chain disruptions and improve network efficiencies.
- Oversee relationships with external partners, communicating expectations and leading compliance audits.
- Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to align product flow with sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
- Drive process improvements by applying lean concepts and cost reduction strategies.
- Lead and develop teams through coaching, performance evaluations, and mentoring.
- Support business plans by removing obstacles, measuring progress, and adapting strategies.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience managing end-to-end supply chain processes and resolving operational escalations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve network efficiencies and supplier compliance.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration to meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
- Expertise in identifying and resolving supply chain disruptions and exceptions.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams, providing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Experience managing external partner relationships and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization using lean methodologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
