Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Real Estate, oversees a broad property portfolio by managing site selection, development, and disposition activities. The team leads the design and execution of special projects to enhance store environments for associates and customers. They manage strategic planning, financial analysis, and project design to ensure operational efficiency and sustainability. Collaborating across departments, the team negotiates and manages resources to support business goals. Their focus includes developing innovative solutions that improve working conditions and shopping experiences while maintaining compliance and cost control. This group drives continuous improvement and fosters strong partnerships to deliver impactful results aligned with the company’s objectives.
What you'll do...
- Manage a real estate portfolio by evaluating properties for development or disposition and coordinating with internal partners and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate lease terms, short-term property uses, and construction contracts while ensuring compliance and cost control.
- Oversee market analysis and site selection, preparing investment evaluations and conceptual site plans.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and maintain relationships with government agencies.
- Lead multiple projects by setting priorities, removing obstacles, and measuring performance to meet business objectives.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
What you'll bring...
- Extensive experience in managing real estate portfolios, including site selection, development, and disposition.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex real estate deals and manage lease enforcement and compliance.
- Strong project management skills with expertise in construction cost control, contract review, and change order evaluation.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams, mentoring associates, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage stakeholder relationships, and mitigate financial and reputational risks.
- Proficiency in preparing market and return on investment analyses to support informed decision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
