The Senior Manager, Operations leads the execution of complex, cross-functional programs by aligning strategy to action and ensuring disciplined delivery across timelines, resources, and stakeholders. The Senior Manager translates qualitative and quantitative findings into prioritized actions. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, they deliver timely resolutions supported by AI and operational channels. They manage projects and operations with a commitment to quality and performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This team plays a vital role in supporting associates and advancing operational excellence across the company.
What you'll do...
- Direct and manage project work streams, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation of business initiatives.
- Analyze data and business trends to provide actionable insights and develop solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive cost reduction strategies.
- Develop and maintain performance standards, scorecards, and tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a high-performance environment through coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Manage budgets, approve expenditures, and allocate resources to support business priorities and operational objectives.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to support innovation, site selection, and continuous improvement efforts.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
