About the team:
The Data Security Portfolio team leads critical technology initiatives focused on protecting sensitive information and reducing risk. As a Project Manager, you will guide complex, cross-functional projects involving application, platform, and infrastructure security. The team collaborates closely with engineering, architecture, compliance, and business partners to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver measurable outcomes. Emphasizing clear planning, transparent communication, and disciplined execution, the team empowers leaders to influence effectively and continuously enhance program delivery. This dynamic environment offers ownership and the opportunity to shape security programs that support business confidence and resilience.
What you'll do:
- Assess and estimate project resources and risks to ensure successful project completion.
- Monitor and control project progress against milestones, addressing issues and risks proactively.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to review schedules, health, and dependencies of projects.
- Build stakeholder consensus through clear, concise communication and data-driven presentations.
- Manage financial plans, budgets, and cost expenditures across multiple projects.
- Define project goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives.
- Support technology domain stakeholders by translating business needs into actionable solutions.
- Foster continuous improvement by applying best practices and expert guidance in program execution.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in project estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of medium to large complexity in Information technology.
- Strong knowledge of project monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus in complex environments.
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and monitoring project costs.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and defining deliverables aligned with strategic objectives.
- Solid understanding of technology landscape and its impact on business operations.
- Project Management Certification and advanced skills in complex problem solving.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
