- Partnering with Patient Safety leaders to translate priorities into clear project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
Orchestrate safety improvement projects by…
- Coordinating a portfolio of safety improvement initiatives at different stages (planning, pilot, rollout, sustainment).
- Coordinating with Safety Directors to build and package business justification for safety improvement initiatives.
- Building and maintaining simple, reliable project tracking (status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and KPI progress).
- Ensuring project outputs are captured consistently (what changed, why it changed, what impact it had, and what’s next).
Coordinate stakeholders and drive alignment by…
- Working with multiple stakeholders across the business to gather inputs, confirm ownership, and align on timelines and expectations for patient safety initiatives.
- Facilitating working sessions, check-ins, and readouts to keep cross-functional teams connected and accountable.
Document progress and produce executive-ready reporting by…
- Managing the output of the team’s work into clear, concise reporting for executive leadership (highlights, metrics, wins, risks, and asks).
- Creating recurring updates (dashboards, summaries, slide content, or written briefs) that tell the story of impact and momentum.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Science, or related field and 4 years’ experience in program management, operations management, design innovation, financial analysis, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in program management, operations management, design innovation, financial analysis, or related area.2 years’ experience using Microsoft Office.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
