Position Summary...This role is responsible for leading and executing projects, managing business solutions, and driving operational improvements as it relates to Spark Driver/Shopper performance. The position requires strong project management, continuous improvement, data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and people leadership skills, all while upholding Walmart’s values of respect, integrity, service, and excellence. This position requires 10-15% travel.

• Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives.
• Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and corrective actions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable recommendations aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve operational processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
