Position Summary...
As a Manager, People supporting Walmart’s Facility Services Field locations in the Southwest Region, you will play a key role in driving consistent HR practices, strengthening compliance, and supporting field leaders through thoughtful partnership. This is a highly visible generalist role that blends hands on HR support, data driven insights, and operational excellence—with monthly travel that keeps you closely connected to the business.About Walmart Global People:

What you'll do...
- Audit HR practices, interpret data, and create action plans that improve compliance and strengthen performance.
- Partner with leaders by providing HR consulting, conducting investigations, and delivering training on HR processes.
- Analyze cross‑functional data, summarize insights for presentations, and make data‑driven recommendations.
- Maintain project timelines, track key initiatives, and support business operations with accurate reporting.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, escalate associate concerns, and ensure alignment with Walmart policies and ethics standards.
- Experience in human resources with demonstrated skill in auditing, investigations, and policy compliance.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including interpreting data, identifying risks, and producing clear, actionable reports.
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize timelines, and collaborate across functions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with HR systems and collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint), maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Strong relationship‑building skills that support coaching leaders, mentoring team members, and fostering continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
