Senior Manager, Go to Market Lead, Walmart Financial Services *This job can be located in Bentonville, AR or Hoboken, NJ Position Description: Want to use your expertise as a financial services leader to help shape the future of consumer financial services at one of the largest non-bank consumer financial service businesses in the World? You will be responsible for partner management, project management, and identifying new features/benefits for financial services and will be a key leader for one of the largest non-bank consumer financial services businesses in the world. You’ll sweep us off our feet if:
  • You have a passion for driving transformative growth through determining priorities and coordinating internal & external resources to establish strategic initiative planning, develop business cases for initiatives, and guide the development and implementation of product & technology, marketing, and operations activities that fuel business growth.
  • You have a track-record of achieving meaningful outcomes within the financial services, retail industry and/or customer facing businesses.
  • You are a champion in ensuring business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consulting with business partners, internal team members, and key stakeholders, and you thrive on soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You are customer-obsessed and think end-to-end about customer experiences across the physical and digital landscape.
  • You have a high sense of urgency and a demonstrated ability to deliver fast, measurable business results.

You’ll make an impact by:
  • Building and executing platforms in-store chain wide in partnership with multiple partners and product providers. This involves understanding the requirements, priorities for customer and store engagement, leading internal and partner teams, retention, NPS and building affinity.
  • Partnering with in-store teams on launching new product features, associate training, marketing and campaigns in store to drive greater adoption in the shopping journey on Financial Services products
  • Partnering with product & technology, solution providers, marketing, and operations teams to optimize planning & communications around milestones, issues, and decisions needed.
  • Building strategic relationships with new and existing external partners, to progress and deliver key financial outcomes.
  • Deliver customer, operational, and financial metrics for existing and newly established business lines and achieve annual operating performance objectives.
  • Operating with excellence – Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others. Model Walmart’s values to foster our culture, maintaining & promoting the highest standards of integrity, ethics and compliance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field and 5-7 years of experience in consumer financial services industry, logistics, e-commerce, retail operations, digital acquisitions or related area.
Preferred Qualifications / Other:
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or consumer lending, experience in consumer financial services
  • MBA or master’s degree in, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • This role will require travel to Store locations

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09413: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
