  • Sustain and grow the business by building, developing, and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
  • Understand mutual value propositions, risks, and benefits, and support engagement with stakeholders to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the overall sales strategy to ensure optimal results, including overseeing sales and accounts, negotiating purchases, and securing outside procurement when internal supply cannot meet needs.
  • Ensure partner compliance with contractual terms and oversee the exception approval process.
  • Optimize profit and loss by creating and communicating business plans, analyzing financial information, and making informed decisions that align with company goals.
  • Set and communicate strategic goals, monitor results, and collaborate with management to reduce expenses while reconciling expenditures to the operating plan.
  • Support financial operations by organizing and tracking accounts receivable, financial details, and schedules.
  • Identify business needs, cost‑cutting opportunities, and operational efficiencies while providing leadership for planning, decision‑making, and execution of business goals.
  • Apply up‑to‑date expertise to develop, execute, and improve action plans.
  • Provide expert guidance and best‑practice recommendations to support business and customer needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
