As we modernize how teams work and responsibly adopt emerging technologies, we are adding a Director of Technology Operations to lead both AI enabled transformation and core operational execution.

About the Role
The Director of Technology Operations is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and operational governance of technology enabled programs across Global Governance. This role sits at the intersection of AI enablement, program management, and operations leadership, ensuring initiatives are well governed, effectively delivered, and aligned to enterprise standards and business objectives.
In addition to leading AI programs, this role provides broader project and operations management leadership, supporting execution discipline, process improvement, performance measurement, and cross functional coordination across the organization.
What you'll do...
Technology & AI Program Leadership- Lead the deployment, onboarding, and scaling of AI tools and technology‑enabled solutions across Global Governance.
- Develop and execute enablement plans, including training, change management, communications, and adoption measurement.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions align with responsible AI, data, security, and compliance requirements.
- Define success metrics, establish KPIs, and report program performance and risks to leadership.
- Provide operational leadership by translating strategic priorities into executable plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee change management for GG tech and business initiatives; handle implementation campaigns.
- Oversee intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning for technology and operations initiatives.
- Monitor program execution, budgets, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure delivery against commitments.
- Evaluate operational processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Strategy & Operations leadership, supporting planning, forecasting, and execution decisions.
- Convene and align stakeholders across Global Governance to drive coordinated execution of initiatives.
- Represent Global Governance needs in partnership with Global Tech and other enterprise teams.
- Lead and develop team members by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Promote disciplined program management practices, documentation standards, and performance measurement across initiatives.
- Experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs and delivering technology‑enabled transformation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior executives
- 3+ years of people‑leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, technology, or related field and 6+ years of experience in program management, technology operations, or enterprise‑scale transformation; or 8+ years equivalent experience.
- Experience implementing or operationalizing AI programs in a large‑scale or highly regulated environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance processes, responsible AI practices, and change‑management frameworks.
- Background working in Strategy, Governance, Risk, or Compliance functions.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MIS, Computer Science, Business, Engineering).
- Experience designing or implementing accessible digital experiences or AI workflows aligned with corporate standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
