Role Summary The Principal Product Manager will define and drive the strategy for a next-generation global logistics platform that enables the seamless movement of goods across a complex, multi-node supply network. This role will focus on modernizing cross-border and inbound logistics capabilities while unlocking new pathways for growth and operational expansion. You will lead the vision and multi-year roadmap for scalable, data-driven logistics capabilities that improve visibility, optimize capacity, and enhance end-to-end network performance. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in supply chain or transportation platforms, strong systems thinking, and the ability to translate operational complexity into scalable digital solutions. This role partners closely with engineering, operations, finance, and analytics teams to deliver solutions that improve speed, reliability, and cost efficiency across the broader logistics ecosystem. About the Team Our Product team is transforming how goods move through our global supply network by building connected, intelligent logistics capabilities. We focus on improving visibility, automation, and orchestration across inbound and cross-border flows to enable smarter decisions and long-term scalability. Our charter includes:- Building a modern orchestration layer that integrates real-time capacity, cost, and performance insights
- Expanding predictive intelligence to support dynamic routing and planning decisions
- Simplifying partner and stakeholder experiences through digital workflows and transparency
- Enabling scalable capabilities that support business growth and expansion into new areas
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for global logistics and inbound platform capabilities
- Identify opportunities to enhance cross-border visibility, coordination, and execution
- Develop frameworks and metrics to evaluate performance, service quality, and cost efficiency
- Partner with engineering and data teams to design intelligent automation and optimization capabilities
- Drive scalable digital workflows that improve onboarding, shipment management, and operational transparency
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and margin improvements
- Translate complex logistics challenges into clear product vision and measurable outcomes
- Champion user-centric design to ensure intuitive, scalable experiences for internal and external stakeholders
- 10+ years of product management experience, with strong exposure to logistics, supply chain, or network-based platforms
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder product initiatives with global or cross-border scope
- Proven success building scalable B2B or operational platforms that balance complexity with strong user experience
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making
- Familiarity with supply chain systems, transportation management tools, or logistics orchestration platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, operations, and business leadership
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
