The Consumer Health & Data Solutions team consists of:
• Incubation: includes Walmart Everyday Health Signals (EHS), a health insights product, and Walmart's Nutrition Hub, which supports personalized healthy eating powered by EHS
• Digital Business Services: includes customer identity, digital engagement, and business analytics to support health and wellness lines of business
What you'll do...
- Shape Strategic Vision: Define and lead enterprise-wide business strategies that accelerate growth, expand market impact, and position the organization at the forefront of health innovation.
- Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage advanced analytics, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to uncover insights that inform high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Lead Transformational Initiatives: Identify, prioritize, and execute bold initiatives that enhance customer experiences, improve health outcomes, and unlock new value streams.
- Own Strategic Financial Planning (FP&A): Partner with Finance to lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling—ensuring strategic initiatives are financially sound, performance-driven, and aligned to enterprise growth objectives.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with product, technology, operations, finance, and clinical teams to align strategic priorities and ensure seamless execution.
- Innovate at Scale: Champion the development and adoption of digital health solutions that empower individuals and strengthen communities nationwide.
- Optimize Performance: Establish KPIs, track progress, and continuously refine strategies to maximize growth, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
- Influence Executive Leadership: Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, guiding critical decisions that shape the future of healthcare delivery.
- Build & Mentor High-Performing Teams: Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence within the business strategy function.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strategic mindset – experience in selling a vision to an executive leadership team.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business and customer challenges into clear, logical executive narratives
- Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Customer obsessed mindset, consistently and relentlessly understanding our customer’s needs and developing creative solutions to better serve them
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and navigating uncertainty with agility, curiosity, and structured problem-solving.
- Ability to build rapport across various stakeholders
- Preferred: experience working within a healthcare organization

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience
