- Lead and execute energy efficiency projects to reduce costs and support operational needs across Walmart’s stores and clubs
- Conduct energy audits, analyze building energy usage, and identify opportunities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
- Optimize building systems—including HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration—to enhance performance and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and secure available incentives, credits, and rebates
- Develop and implement organizational energy management strategies, including cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, promote company values, and support community outreach efforts
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field experience in building systems design, controls, or operations
- Experience negotiating contracts or service agreements
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
- Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP)
- Project Management certification

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
