Role summary:

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level design and technical solutions for projects.
• Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality code following coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and business issues through root cause analysis and effective problem-solving.
• Manage project requirements, translate them into technical deliverables, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Support continuous integration and deployment processes by automating routine tasks and implementing telemetry features.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to small engineering teams, including offshore associates.
• Monitor application performance and implement maintenance activities to ensure reliability and scalability.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and software design principles.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in platform design, API development, and component services.
• Proficiency in iterative and incremental development methodologies and continuous integration/delivery practices.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting of complex software issues.
• Experience with documentation-based coding and delivering scoped features or models.
• Familiarity with generative artificial intelligence concepts and their application.
• Demonstrated capability in developing automated scripts and conducting thorough testing.
• Effective collaboration skills within cross-functional and agile teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
