Position Summary...

This role is critical to enabling future growth and ensuring operational excellence across a broad portfolio that includes Last Mile, Trust & Safety, In-Store Fulfillment, and Returns.As Senior Manager, Program Management, you will partner closely with senior leadership to define strategy, drive execution, improve end-to-end processes, and ensure alignment across multiple cross-functional stakeholders and workstreams. You will have wide exposure to strategic initiatives and operational programs that shape the future of delivery, including Spark Driver earnings, government reporting, and cross-functional operations.
What you'll do...
- Drive Strategic Execution:
Lead multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing priorities, and removing barriers to success.
- Enable Operational Excellence:
Oversee all operations for the team, ensuring programs run efficiently and meet performance standards. Develop contingency plans and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Lead Program Governance:
Implement a robust program management lifecycle, including communication strategies, stakeholder education, and risk mitigation.
- Champion Process Improvement:
Conduct gap analyses, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance scalability.
- Deliver Insights & Reporting:
Interpret data to inform decisions, evaluate program performance, and ensure compliance with external government reporting requirements.
- Build & Develop Talent:
Mentor and coach associates, foster a team-based environment, and promote a culture of belonging, integrity, and continuous learning.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30005: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
