What you'll do...
What you'll do... The Senior Manager of Process Design will own day-to-day execution of Expanded Depot pilots and expansions. This role is responsible for coordinating across merchandising, supply chain, store operations, delivery, and ecommerce partners to ensure Expanded Depot launches are operationally ready, executed smoothly, and supported through early stabilization. The position is based in Bentonville, AR and reports to the Senior Director, Future of Fulfillment.Scope & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution for Expanded Depot launches, coordinating across merchandising, supply chain, store operations, delivery, and ecommerce partners
- Serve as the initiative lead during pilots and expansions, managing readiness, timelines, and dependencies
- Ensure launch readiness, including all operational processes, digital site integration, stakeholder coordination, and product alignment
- Act as the escalation owner for launch-related issues, driving rapid resolution to protect customer experience
- Support early post-launch stabilization, monitoring performance and working with functional teams to address gaps
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Solution Design to translate launch learnings into improvements to SOPs and playbooks
- Enables on-time, low-friction Expanded Depot launches across markets and partners
- Reduces operational risk during pilots and early expansions
- Improves cross-functional execution by providing a single accountable launch owner
- Protects customer experience during the most fragile phases of Expanded Depot growth
- Accelerates learning by feeding real-world execution insights back into the operating model
- You have extensive experience in automation engineering and fulfillment technologies.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale design and innovation programs.
- Strong technical acumen in robotics, AI, and automation systems.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or related field preferred.
- Skilled in translating business requirements into technical solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area. Option 2: 6years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
