As a Group Director of People, supporting our Supply Chain organization, you will lead the business through a period of massive transformation, both with physical automation and AI! This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic people initiatives, influence organizational change, and make a lasting impact on one of the world’s largest and most dynamic companies. You will lead the Ambient Network People team caring for 60,000 associates. Their work powers 5,000+ stores and clubs. The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field and 7 years’ experience in human resources,
communication, journalism, business, or related area OR 9 years’ experience in human resources, communications, business, or related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience.
